Md. Rafat Zakiullah is a distinguished industry leader with more than 15 years of progressive experience in Bangladesh’s digital communications ecosystem. Renowned for his exceptional blend of strategic acumen and deep technical mastery, he is widely respected across the telecom sector.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rafat has held key leadership roles at Banglalink, Partex-Star Group, GETCO Telecommunications, and LM Ericsson Bangladesh. His professional journey reflects extensive experience in business and operational strategy within the telecom industry. His project portfolio includes leading enterprise-level technology transformation programs, national telecom deployments, regulatory initiatives, and data-driven research projects.
Mr. Rafat holds an Executive MBA (EMBA) from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, one of the region’s most prestigious business schools. He also earned his Master of Engineering in ICT from BUET and holds the globally recognized PMP® certification from the USA. His academic and professional strengths are further complemented by specialized training in Cisco Networking, Automation using Embedded Systems, and big data analytics.
